Summary

A fan ofCall of Duty’sBlack Opsseries shared a progress update on their incredible life-sized Juggernog machine from Zombies. Next to multiplayer, Zombies has been one ofCall of Duty’s most popular game modes throughout the years, garnering a huge fanbase of players who come together to go for the highest rounds or to complete each map’s complicated Easter egg.

Ask anyBlack OpsZombies fan what their favorite perk is, and they’ll likely answer with Juggernog. The iconic perk machine has appeared in every Treyarch-developedCall of Dutytitle except forBlack Ops 4; it’s even available inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s MWZ mode, which Treyarch worked on. Jug is popular for a reason, as it offers players one of the most useful perks in Zombies: increased health, allowing players to take more subsequent hits from zombies before being downed. In maps with a lot of tight rooms and corridors, Juggernog is a must-have essential for players who are shooting for high rounds or are attempting Easter egg endings.

One devotedBlack OpsZombies fan, Waste_Recording1606 on Reddit, is in the process of building an impressive life-size Juggernog machine. Made out of a wooden cabinet, the machine features all the appropriate writing and signage found on the original in-game Jug machine. It’s seemingly near the finish line, as it appears all that’s left to do is to fill the logo and writing, add in the circular light sign on top, and wrap up some finishing touches on the face of the machine. Waste_Recording points out that while it’s not a functional refrigerator, the cabinet does have shelves on the inside, so they’ll be able to actually use it.

Call of Duty Zombies Fan Is Creating A Life-Size Juggernog Machine

One commenter under the post raised the question of whether this will be the first of manyBlack OpsZombies perk machinerecreations from Waste_Recording. It’s worth noting that Juggernog is one of the simpler Zombies Perk-a-Cola machine designs in the franchise. Others like Deadshot Daiquiri, Mule Kick, and Quick Revive all feature more extreme designs, incorporating flashy lights, guitars, guns, and different types of shapes. Thus, they’d undoubtedly be even more challenging to recreate in real-life.

Fans ofBlack Opshave a lot to look forward to in the coming months, as this year’sCall of Dutyis confirmed to be Treyarch’sBlack Ops 6. After two years in a row ofModern Warfare,Call of Duty: Black Ops 6is sure to be a breath of fresh air for fans of the franchise. TheCall of Duty: Black Ops 6Directfollowing Xbox’s June 9 Summer Game Fest Showcase is expected to fully unveil the next mainline title in Treyarch’s beloved subseries. Perhaps fans will get a glimpse at the return of round-based Zombies, which will more than likely include yet another fan-favorite Juggernog appearance.
