Following the link, players are taken to the website for theCall of DutyEndowment, Activision’s veteran charity. It seems fitting that a QR code to this charity is located on the back of a Stim Pack, as theCall of DutyEndowment organization helps veterans get jobs after returning from deployment, which is a potentially life saving second chance.
While this is asubtleModern WarfareEaster egg, many players in the community feel that it well placed. Finding the QR code takes some investigation as it is not obviously apparent, and the numbers are thought to be part of the item rather than the Easter egg, with many fans suggesting that it’s a unit code or batch code.
