Ever since Master Roshi showed the power of this technique for the first time, Goku and the other students of the Turtle School mastered this move and used it to great effect against their opponents. The Kamehameha has gone through several changes and iterations over the course of Dragon Ball’s extended runtime, and here are thestrongest Kamehamehavariations that have appeared throughout the series.
15Solar Kamehameha
Cell is one of the strongestDragon Ballvillains of all time. He caused no end of problems for the Z Warriors, with the Cell Games Saga being considered by many to be one of the best arcs in the entire series.
This villain could use almost all of the powers that every Z Warrior had. This included the Kamehameha as well, with his powerful version of the move being dubbed the Solar Kamehameha.
14Ultimate Kamehameha
Ultimate Kamehameha is a movepulled off by Gohanin his Super Saiyan 2 and Potential Unleashed form. This is a pretty powerful Kamehameha that blows Cell’s power out of the water.
If Gohan didn’t get cocky against Cell, he could’ve easily beaten the villain with this technique. However, after his arm was taken out of commission during this battle, Gohan realized that he needed to bring out the big guns to stand a chance of beating Cell.
13Father-Son Kamehameha
In a bid to protect Vegeta, Gohan broke his left arm after Cell almost killed the Saiyan. This put a wrench in Gohan’s plans to defeat the fighter, but he had an ace up his sleeve.
The final beam clash between Cell and Gohan saw both of them use their Kamehameha’s to great effect. With some help from his father, Gohan managed to put enough power into this final beam attack to defeat Cell once and for all.
12Family Kamehameha
Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Comingis a great movie that puts Broly front and center in the story once again. Watching the new generation of fighters try and take this powerful enemy down was a treat.

Near the end of the movie, Goku also decides to give a hand in a bid to take down Broly once and for all. The Son family, consisting of Goku, Gohan, and Goten, unleashed a combined Kamehameha that took care of this immense threat once and for all.

The 10x Kamehameha is a powerful variation of the original technique, turning the iconic blue color of this attack into a red one with a menacing aura. Along with this, there’s a delayed attack attached to this move also that adds insult to injury.
9Big Bang Kamehameha
However, the most powerful Kamehameha inDragon Ball GThas to be the Big Bang Kamehameha — an exceedingly powerful technique used by Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta near the tail end of the series.
The power of this technique is beyond compare and could’ve easily taken the spot of the most powerful Kamehameha of all time… had it not been for the existence ofDragon Ball Super.
8Limitbreaker Kamehameha
Dragon Ball Superbrought a ton of new forms into the mix that allowed the Saiyans of the series to reach godly levels of power. So, in the case of Goku, it was only a given that his Kamehameha would also receive a significant upgrade as well.

The Future Trunks arc is easily one of the highlights ofDragon Ball Super, featuring two intriguing antagonists in the form of Goku Black and Future Zamasu. The battles that follow are full to the brim with some truly excellent moments, such as Trunks powering up to a new level of power and an appearance from Vegito as well!
Goku Black is easily one of the more notable antagonists in this arc, with his powers being incredible to behold at times. The best example of this is the Super Black Kamehameha — a powerful variation of this classic move that takes on a pink hue as well.
610x God Kamehameha
After managing to merge the raging power of Super Saiyan Blue with the calming focus of the Kaio-ken, Goku was able to achieve a new level of power that allowed him to augment all his powers… and increase the strength of his Kamehameha as well.
The end result was the 10x God Kamehameha that he used in his amazing fight against Hit, which easily served as one of the best and most memorable moments inDragon Ball Super.
