Like most successful games, theDusk Diverfranchise has a new sequel;Dusk Diver 2. The original Dusk Diver game was released in 2019. However, in January 2022, Justdan International released new information about the sequel. The events of the newDusk Diver 2game storyline are written to occur one year after the events of the firstDusk Divergame. The story is based on the life of the main character, Yumo, who has grown into a college student. Yumo now lives a regular life and works part-time at a store.

TheDusk Diverfranchise is an action game designed with an anime style in mind. Yumo’s brief respite as a regular citizen is shortlived when the Chaos Beast again arrives in Youshanding, a dimension that houses Phantoms. Yumo must now take up arms again to save the city, Ximending. Ximending is where most of the game is played, but players can access surrounding cities in Taipei. It is worthy of note that Yumo is not the only playable character in this game. Players will experience Yumo’s friends from the firstDusk Diverin this game. They all must work together to defeat the Chaos Beast and prevent the impending anomalous disturbances that his presence brings to their dimension.
7The Main Girl - Yumo
The main protagonist of the story, Yumo never asked for any supernatural powers. In fact, for the most part, she was without any special powers of any kind. Most of her abilities were reliant on martial arts skills picked up from the TV. After some abnormalities, Yumo gained the ability to transform and gain the abilities to fight the beasts that threaten the stability of the world.
Even though the things that happened the year before had settled, Yumo still retainedher transformative abilities. In this sequel, Yumo continues to work for the Boss and keep back the Chaos Beasts that keep trying to come through. Yumo is a character that never runs away from difficult situations. If there’s a problem that needs solving, you’re able to count on Yumo to be there. As she works at the convenience store, she also makes sure to try her best to maintain the balance of the real world
6The Reliable Leo
Leo is a fearsome character. He is a guardian assigned to Ximending to take care of disturbances in the district and its environs. In a bid to fit in among normal people, he started work at a local convenience store and has worked there for several years. He is in charge of the Black Bear shop and is commonly regarded as the owner. He is also known as Kunlun’s Stone Lion Warrior. For a long time, he has worked hand in hand with the Boss and had assisted in solving the crises in Youshanding. In the years since he first arrived, Leo has been fully integrated into society.

A year ago, Leo saved Yumo and Yusha from trouble. In the process, he became Yumo’s mentor and begantraining her to fight properly. He is not very taciturn, but he is very dedicated to fighting and helping to maintain the balance of the mortal world. His weapon is the Pile Bunker-Howling Lion, however, he becomes the small “Core-type” stone lion at little power.
5The Beautiful Le Viada
Le Viada is an incredibly powerful Kunlunian with blond hair and blue eyes that give her an almostethereal, anime-like quality. She has enjoyed her stay among humans and has lived in the human world for many years. Le Viada has a simple, friendly personality, and she is very easy-going. In time, Le Viada was put in charge of the water field close by without even being aware of what was happening.
Due to her friendly, likeable nature, she also works part-time as a model in the human world. She derives great pleasure from her job, but it doesn’t distract her from being an amazing fighter. Le Viada uses more weapons than can be listed and at low power, she turns into the Core-type little goldfish.
4Dependable Bahet
Plagued by many family issues, Bahet fought his way into the human world. A Kunlunian by all rights, he is known for always having a bored, sleepy demeanour. Bahet is hardly ever talkative, but he is a mild-mannered character. When he joined the human world, Bahet developed a love for human music and fruits. However, he really hates having to wake up early.

Bahet’s weapon of choice is Echo Scythe-Screaming Fox, but at low power, he will transform into the Core-type little bat to conserve energy. Bahet is a reliable character that helps the gang on their missions and can always be counted on for victory.
3Lovable Liu Yusha
one of the playable characters in thisDusk Diversequel. Due to her experience living in several other counties, Liu has gained a lot of experience from other people and environments. In theDusk Diveruniverse, Liu was transferred to Yumo’s class at the beginning of their first year of senior high. From the similarities in their names, Yusha and Yumo quickly hit it off, becoming very close friends and going on adventures together. Liu’s character has a fun personality that is sometimes careless and appears spaced out. She gained her reputation when she arrived late to class and still managed to forget her bookcase.
She has no specific weapon of choice, but sheenjoys food very muchand has curated the art of celebrity worship as a hobby. She especially abhors black creatures that move fast. Liu is an altogether very fun character.
2The Boss
This has given the members of the Kunlun realm to observe the situation in the town more closely without arousing suspicion. Boss' current form in the game is not her actual appearance. She owns the convenience store where Yumo works and has no special weapons. The ownership of wealth is one of her priorities.
1Mysterious Nemea
Nemea is a cute girl that mysteriously showed up in Ximending. No one really knows where she came from, and her major defining quality is that she is very cute. On occasion, Nemea has been known to act differently from her looks. She, however, likes to seek out people to play with her. She has interests in watching television andadmires the idols on TV.
