The Swords of Justice are legendary Pokemon that originally appeared inPokemon Black and White. Inspired by the story ofThe Three Musketeers, these Pokemon are all dual-type creatures with Fighting as their secondary type and have sword-based attacks and abilities. While Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion represent the three main musketeers, Keldeo is inspired by D’Artagnan, the youngest addition to the group. These Pokemon were featured in several games of the series, and can currently be captured inPokemon Scarlet and Violetafter being added asnew Pokemon in the Indigo Disk DLC.
Now, aPokemonfan called HertzBurst shared their latest creation: a future Paradox form inspired by a fusion of three Swords of Justice creatures. The new Pokemon is called Iron Justice, and it’s a quadruped monster with metal, glowing skin. Its robotic design works well because it evokes the idea of a future form very well, while still maintaining a similar shape to Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, but using different colors, as its body is orange with some blue details. This new Paradox Pokemon is 6’04’’ and weighs 634 pounds, according to its creator.
HertzBurst is a prolificPokemonfan art creator and they have shared several designs before, generally giving Paradox forms for new creatures. Previously, the artist created Paradox versions for Celebi, Flygon, Slowbro, Voltorb, Metagross, and others. Among these works, one that stands out is thetwo Paradox forms for Ditto. In this art piece, HertzBurst transformed the shapeshifter Pokemon into the past-inspired Mimic Spike and the future form Iron Replica. While Mimic Spike looks like a spiky, feral version of Ditto, Iron Replica is inspired by a hologram and looks very cute.
Overall, fan art depicting new Paradox forms of legendary creatures has become really popular lately. Another great example of this trend is apast Paradox form for Enteiwhich was shared by a fan called PhatmonMonstraros some months ago. This new design turned Entei into a huge horned dinosaur which seemed to be greatly inspired by a triceratops, and it’s a nice twist to the Fire-type legendary dog.
