A new leak forGenshin Impacthas revealed the rarity for the unnamed leaked Geo character hailing from Inazuma, expected to join the game’s playable roster in a later update. The mystery character first surfaced earlier this month with information revealing that theRPG would welcome its newest Geo charactersoon. Not much is known about the mystery character outside leaks and sketches suggesting the character will be a cat-eared female. Now, a recent leak shares more details about the upcoming character’s rarity.The addition of a new Geo character toGenshin Impact’s roster has been a long time coming for fans of the element.Genshin Impacthas not added a new Geo character to the game in over a year since the release of Yun Jin in Version 2.4. The last new five-star Geo character released on the patch directly before Yun Jin with the debut of popular character Arataki Itto. Geo currently sports the second-lowest character count ofGenshin Impact’s seven elements, only trailed by the game’s newest element, Dendro. Little information has been given about the character’s name or status withinGenshin Impact, but previous leaks have suggested she may release in Version 3.7. Leaks have also suggested that, similar toDehya’s release in Version 3.5, the unnamed character may join the game’s standard banner following her debut. The unnamed character would tentatively become the first Geo element character inGenshin Impact’s permanent rotation.
While not much is known about the newest Geo character, recent leaks have revealed several other characters set to joinGenshin Impactin the near future. The long-awaited Baizhu is heavily rumored to become playable inGenshin Impact’s Version 3.6 alongside Kaveh releasing as a new four-star character. Both characters have made appearances withinGenshin Impact’s main story with Baizhu acting as the head of Liyue’s Bubu Pharmacy andKaveh with close connections to Sumeru’s Alhaitham. Version 3.6 ofGenshin Impactis expected to release in mid-April.
Genshin Impact’s mystery Geo character is not the only character who has seen leaks far ahead of her expected release date. A massiveGenshin Impactleak from last month revealed the appearances for ten new characters planned to join the game, withmany of the characters believed to be from Fontaine. Later updates have also revealed some of the characters may hail from regions already in the game, including a new Mondstadt character. With a plethora of new characters being leaked,Genshin Impact’s roster is set to grow substantially throughout the coming updates.
