Despite it being avideo game many associate with children, the sandbox IP has managed to appeal to players of all ages, with the ability to inspire boundless creativity, giving it replay value most other games can only dream of. Part of this longevity is not only due to the endless creations people make, but the ability to mash franchises together, and Kratos' world is no different.
WithGod of War Ragnarokreceiving critical praise, the latest installment in Santa Monica Studio’s series could easily go down as one of the most acclaimed releases of this year. After the success of the 2018 reboot, fans were hungry for more, especially given how the developer reworked the game’s axe-wielding protagonist, turning him into a mature yet somewhat emotionless father with a brooding edge. Over on Planet Minecraft, user Western_Shooter has repurposed the classic Steve look, turning him into theGod of Warhero, complete with the trademark red stripe facial tattoo and beard. Although it won’t turn the sandbox game intoRagnarokexactly, it’s still a neat skin for those who are fans of Santa Monica Studio’s franchise. Western_Shooter has also done some otherMinecraftskins, including Hannibal Lecter and Dracula.
