A newHonkai: Star Railleak reveals more information about a new character Hanya who is expected to arrive in the upcoming months. Character leaks are very common in the game’s community, and they reveal tons of information about new playable units months before they officially join the live servers.
Developer HoYoverse has been constantly updating the pool of playable characters with the most recent banner including two new characters. The second part of the ongoingHonkai: Star RailVersion 1.1 has introduced a new five-star character named Loucha whose banner is scheduled to expire around July 18.

A new post on the popular HonkaiStarRail_leaks subreddit has revealed more information aboutan upcoming four-star character named Hanya. According to the leak, Hanya’s skill will allow her to deal single-target Physical damage equal to a percentage of her ATK, after which she will apply a Burden effect. Her ultimate ability will increase the ally’s speed based on Hanya’s speed. This effect will also buff the characters' Attack for multiple rounds. Activating this ultimate will recover one of her skill points. When it comes to her talent, When a party member attacks an enemy affected by Burden, their damage will be increased. Attacking an enemy that has this effect can also recover one skill point.
Hanya’s Technique effect will make her immediately attack an enemy after entering the battle and inflict the Burden effect onto a randomHonkai: Star Railenemy. The leak has also revealed the effects of her three Traces. Her Recorder Trace will increase Hanya’s chances torecover a skill point whenever a party member attacks an enemyafflicted by Burden.
Hanya’s Underworld Trace will buff an ally’s damage whenever they attack an enemy that’s affected by Burden. The last revealed Trace, Resurrection will restore a portion of Hanya’s energy whenever she recovers a skill point with her other effects. A lot of comments praise HoYoverse for introducing a new four-star character whose kit can recover skill points which can be crucial, especially for certainHonkai: Star Railteam compositions.
Some players have pointed out that all of her Eidolans look pretty strong which is important since she’s a four-star and her drop rate is high. Her whole kit revolves around the Burden effect which led many players to believe that fans Hanya will be able to recover multiple skill points within one move. Multiple replies in the comment section claim that she should beplaced on the same banner as Dan Hengsince she has the potential to complement his playstyle.
Honkai: Star Railis now available on Android, iOS, and PC. A PlayStation version is in development.
