However, with the Bardock DLC costing more than many indie games and the second season pass forDragon Ball Z: Kakarotlaunching at around $40, many will be wondering whether Bardock - Alone Against Fate is really worth the money. One way of measuring that is by looking at how long it takes to beat in order to get a better idea of how much bang one can expect for their buck.

How Long Does it Take to Beat Bardock - Alone Against Fate?

It seems fair to say thatDragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s Bardock DLC is relatively short, asplayers can complete the main story in around 90 minutes. Of course, that’s assuming that they skipthe seven DLC substories, which should add another hour or so to the experience. Two and a half hours may not seem like much at first glance, but there’s actually a fairly decent amount of post-game content in Bardock - Alone Against Fate.

After completing the main campaign, players willunlock a new story modeas well as a special Tough Training Ground. This new narrative should provide players with another thirty minutes of entertainment, while the Tough Training Ground can be used to farm EXP-granting items similar to the ones found in the Battle of the Gods DLC. Though repetitive, players can expect to spend a good few hours growing strong enough to beat all of the challenges at the training ground, meaning thattotal playtime is somewhere around the five-hour mark.
