Finka can certainly be the best support operator inRainbow Six Extraction, but it requires a great feel for the team. Knowing when to use her ability to strengthen teammates and when to save the ability for reviving downed allies requires a good feel for the squad.

For those who have mastered this dance, the only thing that can be refined is Finka’s loadout. With she’s equipped properly, Finka immediately becomes one of the most sought-after operators inRainbow Six Extractionand is the leading factor of how subpar squads survive to the end.
Primary Weapon - 9x19VSN
Players who are looking to use Finka often will want toget as much experience as fast as possiblebecause her best primary weapon is the last one she unlocks. The gun is statistically similar to her starting Spear .308 but the angled grip (not available for the Spear .308) makes it fire more accurately and faster.

Don’t go seeking a fight, but when mayhem inevitably breaks out, Finka is one of the best equipped to deal with it thanks to her ability and the 9x19VSN. Squads might not be used to a support player topping the damage charts, but Finka defies many expectations.
Secondary Weapon - PMM
Someoperators will need to be upgraded firstto get access to their best weapons. Finka’s primary weapon needs levels but her secondary weapon (and the weapon she should use for 90% of the game) will be accessible immediately.
The PMM has more damage per bullet than its alternative with a smaller clip. The larger clip only matters in open combat, at which point the secondary weapon should be switched for the 9x19VSN. This silenced gun can kill with one hit on a weak spot from across the map.
Explosive Tech - Impact Grenade
Most operators should probably be using a shotgun as the primary weapon given the prevalence of swarming aliens that climb into melee range. Finka doesn’t have the option of a shotgun, so this problem needs to be compensated for somehow.

To avoid having tospend a long time healing operators, make enemies back off with the Impact Grenade. This puts them into the ideal range for the 9x19VSN to finish off. The instant detonation is also important which is why this gets the nod above Smoke Grenades.
Gear - Body Armor
With the rest of the bases covered, Finka just needs a healthy dose of protection. Squads that spend too much timing worrying about keeping their brittle healer alive are not going to be focused on dealing damage. This is an issue Finka can avoid.
Giving her Body Armor toughens her up and doubles the existing armor she gets through advancement. Giving her toughness is the icing on the cake and completes Finka as a character who can be safely selected regardless of the objective.
