Upon fast traveling to the Mid-Level Shopping District, the first couple enemies that players will see are Fuel Pools. Proceeding past them, two Vase Paws will be the next encounter.

While players only need to defeat two Vase Paws for the Surprise Test quest, there’s a catch. They must be defeated mid-air. Players can launch enemies into the air with a jump attack. From there, it’s necessary to use mid-air attacks to finish the enemy, or else it won’t count for the quest.
