A Reddit user named MamaBear182 has shared a video of this incident from their playthrough ofStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The clip shows Cal standing at the edge of a cliff, with the player aiming to get inside a room that is blocked off by a rotating fan.Cal uses a Jedi force abilityto drastically slow down the speed of the fan, giving users enough time to enter the desired area. However, MamaBear182 is unable to move around one of the fan’s blades, resulting in Cal getting trapped in the rotation as the effects of the power wear off.

The hilarious video shows Cal getting repeatedly hit by the fan, depleting a massive amount of the player’s health pool. The user somehow gets past the rotating fan without dying, as they are able to get to the chest inside the room. Similar to theDark Soulsseries, players loseexperience inStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Orderupon dying, requiring them to recover this XP after respawning.

While MamaBear182 calls this video a failure in the post’s title, many gamers in the comments section state that they were able to get to the chest in the end, so it may count as a success. This appears to be the most common sentiment, with several players using the term “task failed successfully” to describe thisStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Ordervideo.

Gamers should note that a sequel titledStar Wars Jedi: Survivoris out now on current-generation consoles and PC, with fans once again playing as Cal Kestis. WhileJedi: Survivorhas received positive reviews, some users have complained about its performance, especially in the PC version of the game.
