Without a doubt, many know the name of Dr Disrespect in the streaming world. His over-the-top but carefully crafted persona, both in image and personality, are hard for many to pass on. This is especially true for those who enjoy games likeCall of Duty: Warzone, as well as otherDoc-favored games likeApex Legends.
While Doc’s personality alone leads to hilarity in the streaming community and others likeCall of Duty: Warzone, it seems one streamer decided to take it a bit further. Twitch streamer, pro eSport athlete, and content creator Nixstah recently decided to take Dr Disrespect’s hot mics and turn them back on him.

The results are undeniably hilarious. Nixstah uses a soundboard loaded with phrases from the Doc and unleashes them during a match ofCall of Duty: Warzone. Technically, Nixstah is stream sniping the Doc, or watching him during the game just to find him. Typically, this is a malicious way to kill or taunt someone, but based on the clip,Dr Disrespectdoesn’t seem to mind so much.
After Nixstah uses the soundboard the first time, Dr Disrespect’s face can be seen restraining a laugh. Nixstah describes it as the Doc almost breaking character, and the Doc follows up with the comment that he wishes he could have heard all of it. Nixstah manages to do it a second time, with the Doc quickly smiling, hiding it, and then fully smiling when all is said and done. Overall, it’s a rather heartwarming moment for the Doc and his Champions Club. Of course, that’s not the only thing going on in theCall of Dutycommunity at the moment. Recently, Activision posted a teaser for the comingCall of Duty: WarzoneandBlack Ops Cold Warseason 5, with some translating the Japanese in the back to “Vanguard is Coming.” Given thatCall of Duty 2021’s rumored title isCall of Duty: WWII Vanguard, some have taken it as confirmation and a tease for a proper reveal coming this season. While it remains to be seen, it stands to reason that fans should expect moreCall of Dutynews soon.
Until then, there’s plenty ofCall of Dutystreamers out there to watchand matches themselves to be played. It’s unlikely anyone manages to “break” Doc like Nixstah did again, but the next in-game season is bound to come with its own moments, both explosive and hilarious.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
