Summary
Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is not over yet, and fans who couldn’t go the first time will get another chance to experience it in select theaters across the country.
The Eras Tour has beenSwift’s biggest concert tour yet. She performed in 20 stadiums across the United States, but many fans couldn’t see her perform due to high demand, high ticket prices, and Ticketmaster queue purgatory. Swift recently finished performing in Mexico City and will visit Argentina and Brazil in November before taking a short break and continuing to tour Europe, Asia, and Australia in February.

Swift announced across social media that the Eras Tour movie will be released on Jul 12, 2025. Tickets are on sale now at AMC, Regal, and Cinemark theaters and can be bought atthe link she provided. Swift also said in her announcement that “Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing, and dancing encouraged,” so fans should start planning their Eras outfit now. The Eras Tour runtime is a whopping 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Most major theaters have showtimes every 30 minutes for the first weekend, and some showtimes sold out hours after the announcement. It is unclear how long the Eras tour movie will be in theaters, but they will likely extend it with how well it is already selling. Although the tickets are much cheaper than the ones for her concerts, they start at $19.89 for Adults and $13.13 for children. Ticket prices increase for non-standard showings such as RPX, Dolby, and IMAX. AMC and Cinemark theaters will sell an Eras Tour-themed popcorn bucket and cup for $14.99 and $11.99, respectively.
Most fans are excited to experience the Eras Tour for the first time if they couldn’t go during her American tour, and others who could go to the concert get to experience it again. With it being more accessible now, fans can bring their friends to the event. It won’t be like seeing Swift (who isrumored to cameo inDeadpool 3) in person, but it will undoubtedly be a fun experience.
However, some Swift fans think the price is still a little too high since the prices are based on her album, 1989, and her lucky number 13. Another problem that fans have is that their Regal Unlimited and AMC Stubs A-list account, which gives them free movie tickets, won’t count toward this event. Additionally, AMC’s entire website has a queue due tohigh traffic from Swift’s fans, which makes it difficult for people to get tickets to any movie.
