Xbox Game Passis hailed as one of the best values in gaming today, as its cheap monthly cost is offset by a huge library of games.Xbox Game Pass is removing some games at the end of Octoberand does so every month, but it adds more than it takes away—at least it seems that way anyway. Unlike services such as Games with Gold or PS Plus, which only add new games once a month, Game Pass is the gift that keeps on giving.

Xbox Game Pass has announced 9 more games coming to the service between now and the end of the month. This is after it added two new games today, October 19:Outridersfor PCandInto the Pitfor Cloud, Console, and PC. The former is a looter shooter with an emphasis on aggressive playstyles with strong endgame content, while the latter is a fast-paced retro-FPS rogue-lite where players must rescue survivors in a cursed village overrun with dark magic.

On October 21, three games will be added. The first isDragon Ball FighterZ(Cloud and Console), a 2.5D fighting game that beckons back to the earliest fighting games of the franchise. The second isEcho Generation(Cloud, Console, PC), a day one release where players must save their hometown from aliens, solve spooky mysteries, and unlock unique party skills in active turn-based combat. The third is for PC Players only and is agame preview ofEverspace 2, a spaceship shooter focused on exploration, loot, RPG elements, mining, and crafting.

October 28 will see a total of six games added toXbox Game Pass, includingAge of Empires 4for PC;Alan Wake’s American Nightmarefor PC and Console;Backbonefor Console;Bassmaster Fishing 2022for PC, Cloud, and Console;Nongunz: Doppelganger Edition for PC, Cloud, and Console; andThe Forgotten Cityfor PC, Cloud, and Console.

These six titles represent a little something for everyone.Age of Empiresis a strong RTS game,American Nightmareis a must-play for horror fans this Halloween season,Backboneis a highly praised indie detective game,Bassmastercertainly has its audience if it’s not for everyone,Nongunzis a platformer roguelike with each run emerging from a graveyard (so yet another game for Halloween), andThe Forgotten Cityis a time loop game originating from a mod inSkyrim.

Needless to say, there’s a little something for everyone in this Xbox Game Pass lineup, but horror/spooky fans are definitely getting treated well.
